FIRST RATE SERVICE!!! From texting questions in the chat window online all the way to the end process of delivery… My questions were answered clearly; the delivery and racking were completed quickly and professionally. I will be ordering another cord again by mid-August. Definitely the best service on all of Long Island!

Great response time. They call back quickly and the wood delivery is not filled with useless mulch. They screen the wood before loading so you do not have a huge mess to clean up. I recommend getting a delivery of even “seasoned” wood a few months early to stack and dry before burning.

New patio with a fire pit we wanted would that would have a clean burn. After trying other companies I came across LI Firewood. GREAT CHOICE! The price is right in this current market! Delivery and the ease of stacking as the wood comes in plastic packages. Great Great burn.....

The customer service was great. Called them on Monday made my order and had it delivered the next day. No wait and the wood is clean and ready to burn.

Unbelievable customer service, the installers were excellent and great quality mulch. Would never use anyone else. Fair price
They are the best!!!!!

My first time using this company and they were awesome!!! I ordered 5 yards of black mulch and had their staff put down the mulch in front and backyard. They were professional, quick and friendly. Afterwards they cleaned up all the areas where mulch spilled onto driveway and patio.

I used to order from Got Mulch, but not anymore. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all future mulching needs! Thanks !

I could not believe that wood was delivered to my home in less than two hours of when I first called Long Island firewood! Polite and timely. Who could ask for more? ? We are ready for winter!

I have used Long Island Firewood and Mulch previously and they have always been great. Recently I used them to install my mulch and I was very pleased. They were neat clean and efficient would definitely recommend them.

Conveniently placed order with sales associate via text message, was very helpful and informative. Ordered 1/2 cord of kiln dried wood, it was delivered the same day. Very little scraps/chunks after stacking the logs. I have also purchased bagged kiln dried wood from them in the past. The bagged wood overall was slightly cleaner (less dirty in appearance) but I was informed prior to delivery the bags are hand picked to be that way and come at a higher price for that reason.
